Highly esteemed Stags Leap District - Napa Valley Winery seeks a proficient and highly service oriented professional to provide outstanding customer service to their national and international accounts.

You will prepare and process invoices, reconcile A/R accounts, review credit status, provide analysis and assist with the monthly close, manage the bill backs process, process orders, coordinate shipments, track deliveries, communicate product availability via phone, resolve customer issues and track inventory levels.

Essential attributes include the ability to think and follow through in a linear process, a positive attitude, pride in your work, a strong sense of urgency, a high attention to detail, astute problem solving, flexibility, and above all, the skill to successfully attend to all customers with grace and competency.

Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel are required; AMS software is a plus. Wine industry experience, awareness of compliance issues and experience servicing valuable customers and order entry are required. Skills in AP and HR Benefit Administration are a plus.
