An emerging and growing medical supply manufacturer, located in Sonoma County, is seeking to expand its business and advance to the next level by hiring an Inside Sales Professional. This is an opportunity to represent proven and highly innovative products nationwide and collaborate with a small and competent team.

You are responsible for building the business, securing new customers, maintaining stellar customer service and customer retention. The successful candidate is inquisitive to learn the products and business, enjoys researching to identify target markets, is persistent to generate new sales, is a proven relationship builder and can educate and up sell to potential customers.

This position is ideal for the inside sales professional that can help develop and plan strategy for long term success. Inside sales will be generated via telephone. Computer competence in email, Word and customer database management is required. An AA degree is a plus, and any college level training in business or sales is helpful. Five years of successful sales experience is necessary. Knowledge of medical supplies within the context of surgery centers and hospitals is a plus.
