You'll learn to leverage your personal communication style to maximize the performance of your team. Motivate and empower your employees. Create a culture of respect and communication. This workshop will help you lead and manage your employees to become more productive, effective and committed team members. The result is greater success, faster!

Workshop Objectives

· Establish credibility with a new team, a new employee or as a new manager.

· Transition from an individual contributor to managing your peers.

· Assess and motivate individual staff members.

· Understand the role of a supervisor and basic supervisory models.

· Position employees to contribute to business success.

· Develop flexibility in your problem-solving and communication style to achieve better results.

· Provide meaningful performance coaching and feedback.

· Differentiate between inappropriate and appropriate conduct in the workplace.

· Understand how their actions and decisions can create liability.

Our Spanish workshop is conducted by a bilingual professional trainer who understands and honors the Hispanic culture as well as the needs and expectations of U.S. owned and operated businesses.
