Carolyn Silvestri, Principal
Carolyn Silvestri founded The Personnel Perspective in 1987. In addition to providing the vision and overseeing all aspects of the business, she manages the recruiting function and provides expertise and counsel to CEOs and other Senior Managers on Human Resources related issues. Carolyn has over 25 years experience in the wine, manufacturing and technology industries in human resources as a Corporate Director of Human Resources and as a consultant. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
 
Jeannette Feldman, Principal
Jeannette Feldman, co-Principal of The Personnel Perspective, manages the consulting and training functions. As a consultant, she provides expertise and counsel to CEO’s and senior management on issues related to all facets of human resources, management training and organizational development. Jeannette's proficiency includes: leadership and management coaching and training; development and delivery of customized training programs introducing topics such as legal issues in management, leadership models, team building, conflict resolution, and performance management; facilitation of strategic planning sessions, executive staff meetings, company retreats, and team-building sessions; and problem solving and conflict resolution with management teams, individuals, and work groups. Jeannette has over 25 years experience as a Human Resources generalist, management consultant and trainer. She has held management positions in both Human Resources and Employment for technology and manufacturing organizations.
 
 
Carol Comini, RECRUITING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
As our Recruitment Relationship Manager, Carol Comini strategically works with our internal recruiters on key placements while further developing relationships with her extensive network of clients, candidates and colleagues. Carol has recruited and placed successful employees for clients of The Personnel Perspective for over fifteen years. Assisting with our internal recruiters she specializes in a focused one-on-one approach where she determines the client's hiring needs by conducting a thorough analysis of the open position. This allows the recruitment team to match the required skill set to the candidate's skill set in order to facilitate the best overall organizational fit. Prior to joining The Personnel Perspective, Carol spent sixteen years in retail management as a buyer for a southern California major department store. Ms. Comini holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is active in various volunteer organizations relating to children and community service.
 
 
Shelley Brott, Sr. Consultant
Shelley Brott uses her expertise in compliance to create Human Resources policies and procedures, to provide training on the most current state and federal laws and harassment prevention, and to serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings. She has over 25 years experience in human resources, including serving as a Division Human Resources Manager for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and as Vice-President of Human Resources for Redwood Empire Bancorp. Ms. Brott has a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and a M.S. in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Shelley is an active community volunteer and a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa.
 

COLEEN LINDGREN, RECRUITING MANAGER
Coleen Lindgren is the Recruiting Manager at The Personnel Perspective. She has an extensive background in professional recruitment and executive search, as well as human resources management. Coleen forms strategic partnerships with clients and applies her strong analytical, planning, and assessment skills to each search. She interfaces with all levels of management to create successful recruiting strategies as well as establish and maintain key relationships with top executives and business professionals. She is a committed recruiting partner to our valuable clients providing them with focused attention while sourcing top talent. Coleen has worked in several industries including wine, insurance, real estate development and venture capital, and growth equity. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations & Speech Communications from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA. She has completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Sonoma State University and is SPHR certified.
 
DIANA LACZKOWSKI, SR. ASSOCIATE

Diana's Human Resources expertise and office operations/management have been developed over a 30 year span in several diverse industries in both for-profit and non-profit environments . Her expertise includes designing the infrastructure and staffing plans for start-up human resource departments, management of HR operations for multiple sites, and contributing as a partner on senior management teams and as a member of cross-functional teams. Her interpersonal expertise and skills include conflict resolution/mediation, small or large group facilitation, union contract negotiations, employee workplace investigations, and employee relations. In her career, Diana has created and staffed three HR departments, facilitated diversity and inclusion work, supported major change and reorganizational efforts, and has held responsibility for legal compliance, training and employee development, management training and coaching, recruitment, and benefits planning and administration. Diana holds a BA degree from the University of Colorado and also has a certificate in the Conflict Resolution program at SSU.

  
JAY MANRIQUEZ, SR. ASSOCIATE
Jay Manriquez possesses 15 years training and 23 years management experience with a focus in leadership and management training, facilitation, human resources, quality, and organizational development. His experience spans various industries including insurance, financial services, publishing, news media and 8 years as an independent management consultant. Jay has written articles and blogged on numerous business and management topics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development.
 
Amy chiurco, Director OF Business Development & CLIENT SERVICES
Born and raised in Santa Rosa. CA, Amy Chiurco has been working in sales in the wine industry for the past four years. Working with winemakers and winery owners alike Amy has developed strong relationships with many outstanding wineries throughout both Napa and Sonoma Counties. Amy spent 10 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including time in managerial positions, prior to her role in sales in both Southern and Northern California. Amy has recently become a board member of Schools Plus and acts as an athletic volunteer for Santa Rosa High School. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of the office you can find her on the soccer field, writing and singing original songs, or walking her dogs, Isabelle and Arizona!
 
Mimi Lemanski, Bi-lingual Associate
Mimi Lemanski consults with small and large corporations, government, military educational institutions, and non-profit organizations in the USA, Thailand, Philippines, and Germany. She also conducts supervisory and management, communication and team training programs in Spanish and English for leads, supervisors and employees for both private and public companies and non-profit organizations. Mimi’s background offers her a unique insight into the Latino workforce, and assists in resolving cross-cultural issues that surface. She also coaches native Spanish speakers on American business cultures and nuances. Mimi has extensive and broad-based experience as a Spanish/English and English/Spanish bilingual and bicultural trainer, translator and interpreter. Born and raised in Mexico City, Mimi holds a M.S. from the American Graduate School of International Management, and a B.S. from Santa Clara University including overseas study in Madrid, Spain.
