Carolyn Silvestri, Principal
Carolyn Silvestri founded The Personnel Perspective in 1987. In addition to providing the vision and overseeing all aspects of the business, she manages the recruiting function and provides expertise and counsel to CEOs and other Senior Managers on Human Resources related issues. Carolyn has over 25 years experience in the wine, manufacturing and technology industries in human resources as a Corporate Director of Human Resources and as a consultant. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
 
Jeannette Feldman, Principal
Jeannette Feldman, co-Principal of The Personnel Perspective, manages the consulting and training functions. As a consultant, she provides expertise and counsel to CEO’s and senior management on issues related to all facets of human resources, management training and organizational development. Jeannette's proficiency includes: leadership and management coaching and training; development and delivery of customized training programs introducing topics such as legal issues in management, leadership models, team building, conflict resolution, and performance management; facilitation of strategic planning sessions, executive staff meetings, company retreats, and team-building sessions; and problem solving and conflict resolution with management teams, individuals, and work groups. Jeannette has over 25 years experience as a Human Resources generalist, management consultant and trainer. She has held management positions in both Human Resources and Employment for technology and manufacturing organizations.
 
 
Carol Comini, Sr. Recruiter
As Senior Recruiter for The Personnel Perspective, Carol Comini has recruited and placed successful employees for clients of The Personnel Perspective for over ten years. She specializes in focusing one-on-one on a client's hiring needs by conducting a thorough analysis of the open position. She then matches the required skill set to the candidate's skill set in order to facilitate the best overall organizational fit. Prior to joining The Personnel Perspective, Carol spent sixteen years in retail management as a buyer for a southern California major department store. Ms. Comini holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is active in various volunteer organizations relating to children and community service.
 
 
 
Shelley Brott, Sr. Consultant
Shelley Brott uses her expertise in compliance to create Human Resources policies and procedures, to provide training on the most current state and federal laws and harassment prevention, and to serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings. She has over 25 years experience in human resources, including serving as a Division Human Resources Manager for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and as Vice-President of Human Resources for Redwood Empire Bancorp. Ms. Brott has a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and a M.S. in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Shelley is an active community volunteer and a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa.
 
 
Anne Heron, Sr. Consultant
Anne Heron works with all levels of the organization - from owners and executives to line supervisors and staff – facilitating the development of solutions to a wide variety of transition, performance and organizational development issues. Additionally, Anne uses her expertise in compensation to develop comprehensive compensation strategies for clients of The Personnel Perspective. Anne has over 25 years experience in management and human resources. Prior to joining The Personnel Perspective, Anne worked with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Petaluma People Services Center and Sonoma State University. She has a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling from Sonoma State University.
 
Mimi Lemanski, Bi-lingual Associate
Mimi Lemanski consults with small and large corporations, government, military educational institutions, and non-profit organizations in the USA, Thailand, Philippines, and Germany. She also conducts harassment and leadership training programs in Spanish and English for leads, supervisors and employees for both private and public companies and non-profit organizations. Mimi’s background offers her a unique insight into the Latino workforce, and assists in resolving cross-cultural issues that surface. She also coachs native Spanish speakers on American business cultures and nuances. Mimi has extensive and broad-based experience as a Spanish/English and English/Spanish bilingual and bicultural trainer, translator and interpreter. Born and raised in Mexico City, Mimi holds a M.S. from the American Graduate School of International Management, and a B.S. from Santa Clara University including overseas study in Madrid, Spain.
 
Andrea Salvemini, Director of Business Development
Andrea Salvemini develops business opportunities and builds client relationships for The Personnel Perspective. She has over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, and training. Andrea began her career in Customer and Technical Service, transitioning into both sales and Regional Sales Manager positions for a medical manufacturing company. In these roles, Ms. Salvemini developed and trained the sales force in the areas of customer service, sales, goal setting, mastering time as well as assisting the team in clearly articulating their personal and team vision and mission. Ms. Salvemini is also the president and founder of ALLIANCES Corporate Training, a corporate training resource consultancy. Andrea holds a B.S. in Physiology from UC San Diego.
