Carolyn Silvestri, Principal
Carolyn Silvestri founded The Personnel Perspective in 1987. In addition to providing the vision and overseeing all aspects of the business, she manages the recruiting function and provides expertise and counsel to CEOs and other Senior Managers on Human Resources related issues. Carolyn has over 25 years experience in the wine, manufacturing and technology industries in human resources as a Corporate Director of Human Resources and as a consultant. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
 
Jeannette Feldman, Principal
Jeannette Feldman, co-Principal of The Personnel Perspective, manages the consulting and training functions. As a consultant, she provides expertise and counsel to CEO’s and senior management on issues related to all facets of human resources, management training and organizational development. Jeannette's proficiency includes: leadership and management coaching and training; development and delivery of customized training programs introducing topics such as legal issues in management, leadership models, team building, conflict resolution, and performance management; facilitation of strategic planning sessions, executive staff meetings, company retreats, and team-building sessions; and problem solving and conflict resolution with management teams, individuals, and work groups. Jeannette has over 25 years experience as a Human Resources generalist, management consultant and trainer. She has held management positions in both Human Resources and Employment for technology and manufacturing organizations.
 
 
Carol Comini, Sr. Recruiter
As Senior Recruiter for The Personnel Perspective, Carol Comini has recruited and placed successful employees for clients of The Personnel Perspective for over ten years. She specializes in focusing one-on-one on a client's hiring needs by conducting a thorough analysis of the open position. She then matches the required skill set to the candidate's skill set in order to facilitate the best overall organizational fit. Prior to joining The Personnel Perspective, Carol spent sixteen years in retail management as a buyer for a southern California major department store. Ms. Comini holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is active in various volunteer organizations relating to children and community service. 
 
 
Shelley Brott, Sr. Consultant
Shelley Brott uses her expertise in compliance to create Human Resources policies and procedures, to provide training on the most current state and federal laws and harassment prevention, and to serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings. She has over 25 years experience in human resources, including serving as a Division Human Resources Manager for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and as Vice-President of Human Resources for Redwood Empire Bancorp. Ms. Brott has a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and a M.S. in Industrial Relations/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Shelley is an active community volunteer and a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa.
 
JAY MANRIQUEZ, SR. ASSOCIATE
Jay Manriquez possesses 15 years training and 23 years management experience with a focus in leadership and management training, facilitation, human resources, quality, and organizational development. His experience spans various industries including insurance, financial services, publishing, news media and 8 years as an independent management consultant. Jay has written articles and blogged on numerous business and management topics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development.

 
Sarah Gevirtz, consultant
Sarah Gevirtz is a senior organization development consultant with over 12 years of experience and training in organization development, human resources, organizational theory, and cross-cultural studies. Gevirtz earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education: Physical Therapy from San Francisco State University in 1991 and received a Master's degree in Psychology: Organization Development from Sonoma State University in 1999. Ms. Gevirtz, formerly with AAA as a strategic business partner and Agilent Technologies as a senior business human resources manager, is currently an associate of The Personnel Perspective and the director of human resources and organization development for Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa.
 
Mimi Lemanski, Bi-lingual Associate
Mimi Lemanski consults with small and large corporations, government, military educational institutions, and non-profit organizations in the USA, Thailand, Philippines, and Germany. She also conducts harassment and leadership training programs in Spanish and English for leads, supervisors and employees for both private and public companies and non-profit organizations. Mimi’s background offers her a unique insight into the Latino workforce, and assists in resolving cross-cultural issues that surface. She also coachs native Spanish speakers on American business cultures and nuances. Mimi has extensive and broad-based experience as a Spanish/English and English/Spanish bilingual and bicultural trainer, translator and interpreter. Born and raised in Mexico City, Mimi holds a M.S. from the American Graduate School of International Management, and a B.S. from Santa Clara University including overseas study in Madrid, Spain.
