Her professional background encompasses diverse industries such as wineries, manufacturing, financial services, and retail, and she has worked in U.S. and international operations. With over eight years of administrative experience across different Bay Area industries, Holly has been an integral part of family owned companies, both large and small, as well as large corporate style environments. In addition to her professional experience, Holly is naturally organized and creative – two traits that keep the wheels of any busy office turning smoothly.
After a culmination of more than 30 years of working as a human resources professional, Diana spends the majority of her work time assisting companies with interpersonal employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and mediation, group facilitation, and team building. Diana currently serves as Board President of Food For Thought, a Sonoma County-based non-profit.
