Reporting directly to the Director of HR, the HR Coordinator carries out responsibilities in various aspects of human resources including: recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding, benefits, compliance, safety, talent management and HR reporting. The right candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices, have an ownership attitude, a high degree of initiative and fully understand the concept of confidentiality.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Business related degree is desired and 4+ years of experience in a Human Resource role.  PHR highly preferred.

Growing Sonoma County-based wine industry supplier is seeking  a  flexible and adaptable individual who will be responsible for the coordination of benefits, onboarding, terminations, training, recruiting, payroll processing, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and all employee performance and relations matters.

Growing Sonoma County-based wine industry supplier is seeking  a  flexible and adaptable individual who will be responsible for the coordination of benefits, onboarding, terminations, training, recruiting, payroll processing, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and all employee performance and relations matters.

This person will also work closely with the President and Controller on succession planning of staff changes, company events, and various ad-hoc reports and other support as requested.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with all levels within and outside the organization.  This person will exhibit sound judgment, confidentiality, have the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy, and successfully manage multiple projects at once. Some knowledge of Federal and State compliance is required.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years HR generalist experience, including knowledge and experience in payroll processing, including wage and hour knowledge, and benefits administration. Professional HR certificate is preferred.

A well-established family-owned winery located in Sonoma County seeks an energetic, self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow the winery’s brand in an already established region.

A well-established family-owned winery located in Sonoma County seeks an energetic, self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow the winery’s brand in an already established region (NY Metro area or within California preferred, but candidates in other regions will be considered as well).

Candidates must have proven experience and success in developing, implementing and achieving annual sales goals, pricing, and sales program strategies for the assigned region. This person will possess the ability to analyze sales trends and make effective suggestions.

Candidates will be expected to cultivate positive relationships with partners, vendors, distributors, retailers, and consumers.  Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical in this position.

Experience in the wine industry within a multi-tier distribution system and at least three years of wine industry experience at the supplier level, district manager, key account manager or other management level is required.  No other industry experience will be considered. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree; WSET or CSW Certification a plus.

Candidates must possess a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, clean driving record, and be able to meet the company’s insurance requirements.
