Setting your Employees up for Success through Performance Management

Supervisors and managers in every organization need to give employees feedback informally throughout the year and for most formally during performance evaluations.  Trying to get the best performance from each employee, every day, is probably the toughest challenge to tackle.  This program provides participants with skills and knowledge to:

  • Plan and set performance goals for each employee
  • Diagnose the causes of problems
  • Provide on-going feedback
  • Reinforce good behavior
  • Create a work environment where employees are able to improve and succeed
