Sexual Harassment Prevention for Supervisors en Español

Employers with 50 or more employees are required to provide their managers and supervisors with 2 hours of sexual harassment prevention training every two years.

Newly hired and newly promoted supervisors / managers must be trained within six months.

This workshop will satisfy your requirement as a California employer. The workshop addresses how supervisors or managers can:

  • Identify, resolve and prevent all forms of harassment, including sexual harassment.
  • Differentiate between inappropriate and appropriate conduct in the workplace.
  • Understand how their actions and decisions can create liability.
  • Take appropriate action when a complaint is made or a rumor is heard.
  • Build a more productive and respectful workplace.

Presenter:   Mimi Lemanski

Mimi conducts supervisory and management, communication and team training programs in Spanish and English for leads, supervisors and employees for both private and public companies and non-profit organizations. Mimi’s background offers her a unique insight into the Latino workforce, and assists in resolving cross-cultural issues that surface. Mimi has extensive and broad-based experience as a Spanish/English and English/Spanish bilingual and bicultural trainer, translator and interpreter. Born and raised in Mexico City, Mimi holds a M.S. from the American Graduate School of International Management, and a B.S. from Santa Clara University including overseas study in Madrid, Spain.
