When individual contributors are promoted and not provided the tools they need to successfully lead others, it can strip them of their confidence, decrease their motivation to appropriately delegate work, cause unnecessary conflicts, and reduce overall morale and effectiveness. This 6-hour workshop will give you the skills needed to understand your role as a supervisor and manager, to assist you in successfully making the transition from individual contributor to leading others and teach you attitudes, behaviors, and skills that will contribute to your effectiveness in achieving results through others.
