These two 3-hour workshops provide Supervisors the tools they need to lead others, to assist successful individual contributors in making the transition to leading others, and to train supervisors and managers in attitudes, behaviors and skills that will contribute to their effectiveness in achieving results through others.

In preparation for the training, please take note of these important points:

• This training ideally should be accessed on a computer with audio and video conferencing capabilities.
• One attendee per web-cam enabled device (computer, tablet, smart phone).
• This training is interactive and you are encouraged to participate (to your comfort level). When everyone participates, the experience is richer for all in attendance.
