DEIB 101: Basic Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

There is a lot of discussion regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, or DEIB, in the workplace, but what is it really and why do we need to have this discussion? This course helps provide a standard understanding and lexicon regarding what DEIB is and is not and why we should learn about it.

Participants walk away with a clear understanding of how feeling valued, respected, and having a sense of belonging benefits the whole workplace, increases creativity and problem solving, and provides a beneficial workplace culture for everyone. Understanding different perspectives and experiences enhances everyone’s ability think more creatively and reach more innovative solutions.
