MISC 103: Performance Management

Employees want to be recognized for work well done, to understand where they can grow, and receive useful suggestions on how they can improve their performance. They also need to know where they have not met performance expectations and how to succeed in the future performance. The performance management process provides clear documentation for all of the above. In this half-day workshop, we will provide training that will support the communication of clear performance expectations, promote accountability, recognize strong performance, and further performance excellence.
