SUP 108: Performance Management

Performance management is a process wherein providing regular feedback, expecting consistent accountability, and maintaining good documentation is critical for performance outcomes. It helps employees to channel their talents toward organizational goals. Performance management is an ongoing communication process, undertaken in partnership between an employee and their immediate supervisor, involving establishing clear expectations and understanding about how performance will be measured.

In this training, participants learn what performance management is, learn how to better support their employees, when and how to provide feedback, and when it may be time to consider other options.
